The Opportunity United Way of Greater Atlanta seeks a visionary and transformative executive to serve as its Chief Community Impact Officer, Community Engagement. This is a unique opportunity to architect and drive strategies that will profoundly improve outcomes for over 250,000 children and their families within communities facing significant challenges. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and serving as a key member of the Presidents Cabinet, the Chief Community Impact Officer, Community Engagement will leverage data-driven investments, foster powerful cross-sector collaborations, and implement rigorous outcome measurement to achieve systemic change at scale. This pivotal leadership role demands an executive with a proven ability to set a compelling vision, mobilize diverse stakeholders, and deliver measurable results in a complex environment. The successful candidate will be a strategic systems thinker capable of harnessing the organization's resources and reputation to catalyze a regional movement for child well-being. The Role Responsibilities The Chief Community Impact Officer, Community Engagement will provide the strategic direction, executive leadership, and operational oversight for all community impact initiatives. This leader will be responsible for the sophisticated deployment of investment capital, ensuring alignment with place-based and population-focused solutions designed to elevate Child Well-Being (CWB) across the region.
