Your Growth You will join the Game-Based Innovations Lab (GBIL), which creates games and game-based experiences designed to educate, assess, and foster meaningful connections with users. Your Impact You will work with the Senior Game Designer to develop engaging game concepts that meet product learning and assessment goals. You will support the team in taking game ideas from early conception to fully functional experiences, leveraging game design to create impact beyond traditional gaming. You will craft puzzles and experiences, test them with colleagues, and gather feedback. You will devise innovative methods to test game concepts and interactions. You will balance complex game systems, iterate, and fine-tune game elements. You will create support documentation, including drafting one-pagers, outlining features, designing data structures, creating flowcharts, and developing presentations.
