At Mercy and Grace Boutique our most important goal is to give quality service to our fabulous customers.
If you aren’t satisfied with your order our detailed policy will make it better!

Mercy and Grace Boutique only accepts returns/exchanges NO REFUNDS only store credit.
•you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and items must ship out the next business day. You are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable
•items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. If you return items that have been tried on and have make up on them, they will not be accepted as a return nor exchange and items will be sent back to you.
•sale items, accessories ( jewerly, scarves, hats, undergarments) gift cards, discounted/sale items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.

We inspect all return/exchange items and reserve the right to deny or refuse full return or exchange based on the condition. Items that do not meet our criteria are subject to denial of return or store credit.
