Position Summary:

The Training Coordinator, Operator Qualifications is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and scheduling all related career and skills development training needs for the organization, with a specific focus on Operator Qualifications.  The Training Coordinator will organize and maintain all training and qualification documentation in accordance with company expectations. 

Hiring Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent combination of formal education and training experience.
• 3+ years of administrative experience, with internal/external customer service responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn (preferred knowledge of) natural gas operator qualifications
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to work in a detailed, fast paced, and dynamic environment with the versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously.
• Preferred some experience in basic video software creation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data in an ethical and professional manner.
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
