Senior Agile Technical Project Manager

Focus Areas:Retail, Digital Marketplaces, Loyalty & Promotions, External Partner Management

About the Role

Are you passionate about driving innovation in the retail space? Were looking for aSenior Agile Technical Project Managerto lead high-impact digital initiativesespecially those focused onloyalty programs and promotional campaignsthat directly shape customer engagement and brand loyalty.

In this role, youll go beyond traditional project management. Youll be a strategic partner, a problem-solver, and a delivery expert who thrives in fast-paced environments. Youll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring cutting-edge digital experiences to life across our global retail ecosystem.

What Youll Do

  • Lead Agile Delivery:Drive end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies, with a focus on loyalty and promotions initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Serve as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and third-party vendorsensuring alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.
  • Project Execution:Plan, estimate, schedule, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
  • Risk & Issue Management:Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues with clarity and urgency.
  • Process Excellence:Ensure adherence to project governance, development standards, and quality assurance practices.
  • Digital Expertise:Oversee projects involving front-end development, content management systems, and customer-facing retail technologies.
  • Communication & Influence:Present project updates to senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams to drive results.
What You Bring
  • 4+ yearsof experience in technical project management, preferably in retail or digital commerce.
  • Proven success managingloyalty, CRM, or promotional campaign projects.
  • Strong command ofAgile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban) and tools likeJIRA.
  • Experience managingexternal partnersand third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity withsoftware development lifecycles, including front-end development and CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in afast-paced, matrixed environmentwith shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience withPower BI,Power Platform, orMicrosoft Fabricis a plus.
  • Background inretail loyalty programs, digital marketing, or customer engagement platforms.
