The Supervisor, Search Engine Marketing role involves acting as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client, providing strategic recommendations and analysis (30%), managing the execution of clients’ Search program and analyst level resources (25%), analyzing performance data and providing insights and action plans (15%), working with senior leadership to develop Paid Search strategy and testing methodology (15%), contributing to team training and learning (10%), managing relationships with key search engine representatives (3%), and supporting new business initiatives (2%). Preferred qualifications include 2.5+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing with a focus on direct response campaigns, experience with bid management platforms and analytics packages, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
