💼 About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on SDR Lead who thrives on leading from the front. This is a true player-coach role — you’ll not only manage and grow a high-performing SDR team but also contribute directly to pipeline by actively engaging with prospects. You’ll set the standard for outbound excellence, coach SDRs to success, and work cross-functionally to drive growth at pace.

🔥 What you'll be doing

  • Own and exceed the team number — you’ll be accountable for performance, and will lead from the front by actively sourcing and qualifying opportunities alongside your team.
  • Coach by doing — you’ll build and maintain your own pipeline, regularly join calls, and model best-practice outreach using tools like Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
  • Hire, train, and develop top talent — you’ll be responsible for attracting high-potential SDRs, ramping them effectively, and supporting ongoing development through structured enablement and hands-on mentorship.
  • Build repeatable outbound motions — design and optimise outbound strategies for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Operational excellence — own the SDR tech stack, ensuring clean workflows, process consistency, and accurate CRM usage across the team.
  • Outreach strategy — continuously evolve messaging, channels, and cadences to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Upskill and enable — identify individual strengths and gaps, delivering training and support that accelerates SDR growth and performance.

👀 What we're looking for

  • Proven success as a high-performing SDR — you consistently hit and exceeded targets and know what great looks like.
  • Experience mentoring or leading others — whether formally as a team lead or informally by supporting peers, you’ve shown leadership qualities and enjoy helping others improve.
  • A hands-on approach — you’re excited to lead by example and still get stuck in with outreach and pipeline generation.
  • Understanding of outbound pipeline development in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally across Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.
  • Passion for coaching and enabling others — you’ve got the patience, clarity, and empathy to bring out the best in your team.
  • Strong operational discipline — comfortable with CRM hygiene, prospecting tools like Outreach and Sales Navigator, and structured cadences.
  • A collaborative mindset — you work well with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to make the whole go-to-market engine more effective.
