Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an organized, independent, and self-motivated individual with an aptitude for multi-tasking and follow through to join a professional and friendly work environment.
On-call is NOT required for this position
Responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Education: HS Diploma
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years in multi-Family/Hospitality industry
Minimum requirements: Hands-on technical work experience in the areas of basic plumbing, painting and electrical, provide own tools, CPO required, EPA, and HVAC preferred.
Preferred requirements: Experience in market rate communities and Yardi
