- Welcome the birthday party family and guest of honor with warmth and excitement, introducing them to Apex party fun.
- Guide the party crew to their designated party room, ensuring they feel special and cared for from the moment they arrive.
- Keep the little ones entertained with engaging activities while they eagerly await the arrival of their friends.
- Party Execution:
- Ensure the party runs smoothly by reviewing the itinerary and party details with the parent/guardian in charge, making sure everyone is on the same page for a fantastic celebration.
- Embrace any special requests or themes, going the extra mile to create a personalized experience that will leave lasting memories.
- Arrange seating and create a comfortable space for all the party guests to enjoy the festivities.
- Keep the party on schedule, ensuring each activity starts on time and flows seamlessly.
- Serve delicious food, refreshing beverages, and a fabulous cake at the perfect moments.
- Maintain a clean and tidy party room, because a neat environment adds to the party magic.

Requirements: - A friendly and outgoing personality that delights in making others happy.
- Minimum age of 16 years old (because age is just a number when it comes to spreading joy!).
- Stamina to keep the party vibes going for 4-10 hours.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but a genuine passion for creating special moments is even better!
- Flexible availability to accommodate party schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Weekend availability is essential to be a party hero!
- Basic familiarity with POS systems is a bonus.
