The Pallet Builder assembles pallets to be used for stacking and movement of interior doors. Duties/Responsibilities include placing lumber strip on frame rack and piecing together using a nail gun, stacking finished pallets in staging area, disassembling returned pallets from home building facilities and repairing them, ensuring work area is clean and organized, and performing duties in other work areas as assigned. Required skills and abilities include the ability to lift 35 lbs., being physically able to be on feet during an entire shift with activities such as walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member, care about quality, be detail oriented and work at an efficient pace, and be reliable.
