Maintenance Technician – Off Shift (Milcron Exp is required)
Brownsville, TX | Starting at $35/hr + $40day per diem
12-hour shifts | 5 days/week | Tools Provided | Mileage Reimbursed+ Hotel Provided

We are seeking experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technicians to support our fast-paced, high-volume automotive manufacturing operation in Brownsville, TX . This is a physically demanding role in a dirty and wet environment , and ideal candidates will be those with a strong Tier 1 or OEM background and a passion for keeping critical equipment running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment (including 4400+ ton presses)
• Execute repairs independently after initial shadowing
• Strong Knowledge of Milcron machines
• Must be able to operator and repair these machines (no training will be provided)

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Tier 1 automotive or OEM manufacturing setting
• Available to work 12-hour shifts on off shifts , including weekends
• Physically capable of working in dirty, wet, and hot conditions
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs. or more
• Able to commit to a 5-day per week schedule
• Strong injection molding and process skills required
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills required
