Ferretti Search is proud to partner with a leading financial services provider to identify two Financial Analysts for their FP&A team in Fort Worth, TX. These direct-hire roles support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Financial Analyst I

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Compensation: $65,000 base + 10% annual bonus target (historically >130% payout)

What will your day look like?

  • Perform variance analysis to explain key drivers of budget vs. actual results.
  • Load forecasts and budgets into corporate planning tools and reconciliation systems.
  • Review and process invoices or purchase requisitions over defined thresholds.
  • Support internal reports, financial planning tasks, and ad-hoc data requests.
  • Collaborate with IT and process-improvement teams on upcoming reporting initiatives.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas; macros a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort interpreting large data sets.
  • Self-starter eager to learn new tools and thrive in a professional environment.
  • U.S. citizen or Green Card holder required.

Financial Analyst II

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 base + 10% annual bonus target

Benefits: Same as Analyst I

  • Validate data integrity across systems and support business-unit reporting needs.
  • Review higher-value transactions and assist with system testing cycles.
  • Develop and maintain planning models and KPI dashboards.

Who are you?

  • 2–3 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience.
  • Proficient in Excel modeling; experience or eagerness to learn SQL, Python, or SAS.
  • Familiarity with corporate planning and reconciliation tools is a plus.
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • U.S. citizen or Green Card holder required.
