Adept Agency is looking for an Email Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing, women-owned digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to develop their skills in email marketing, paid social ads, and organic social media.

This is a contract (1099) project-based role with potential for increased hours based on performance and agency needs. As a startup, we offer the opportunity to work directly with our founders, gain valuable industry experience, and be part of a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit content, including email marketing content and social media captions.
• Support the setup and monitoring of paid social media ads (primarily Meta platforms)
• Create and schedule social media posts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Support email marketing efforts by designing, writing, and scheduling email campaigns
• Assist in managing email lists, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics
• Engage with online communities by monitoring social media interactions and responding to comments/messages as needed
• Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas, performance tracking, and monthly recaps

​ Qualifications:

• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail
• Experience creating and scheduling content for social media and email
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, or Hootsuite (or excited to learn).
• Comfortable working with design tools, such as Canva, to create engaging graphics
• Ability to adapt writing tone and style for different platforms and audiences
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Skills:

• Some experience with paid social campaign setup or reporting
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Previous experience managing brand email and social media accounts
• Previous Agency or multi-brand experience is a plus
