Our client is a very early stage startup looking for an experience Sales Leader with experience building a Go To Market Strategy and also put the processes and people in place to execute. If you don't have the risk tolerance for a startup, this isn't the right role for you. Our client is bringing to market an full service platform that brings clear aligner orthodontics to any practice - general or specialty. From the modality to monitoring to retention, our client is bringing that to practices that have no experience with orthodontics. This role will be instrumental in creating a pipeline of customers and starting the sales organization - first contributing and then building and leading. Someone who possesses the ability to think strategically, but not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute tactically. This role is 100% virtual/remote and not location specific, but working in the field with local prospects is welcomed and encouraged. Ideal candidate locations are a major city in Texas, Florida, California, or the Northeast U.S. Responsibilities Identify, target, and build relationships with top-performing dental offices (private and corporate/DSO) across the United States, focusing on those interested in expanding into orthodontics Present and promote our client's innovative platform, highlighting its benefits in streamlining orthodontic care and increasing practice revenue Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, with a focus on closing deals and converting leads into loyal customers Educate potential clients on our client's technology, pricing structure, and unique value proposition Collaborate with the internal team to provide client feedback and improve service offerings Maintain a pipeline of prospects and deliver regular sales performance updates Represent our client's solution at US-based dental conferences, trade shows, and networking events as needed Requirements Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience within the US dental industry, with a strong focus on orthodontics and/or dental software Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding and relationships in the dental and orthodontic landscape within the US, including private practices, DSOs, and relevant technologies Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing high-value deals Tech Savvy: Comfortable presenting software solutions and explaining their functionality to clients Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences Self-Starter: Highly motivated and independent, with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote, flexible work environment Compensation Salary Range of $100k to $130k/year + bonus/commission of ~$150k/year Commission Structure: Generous commission on converted sales, rewarding high performance and client acquisition.
