Position Overview The Director of Business Development oversees Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. This role is responsible for achieving optimal utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through effective marketing strategies. As part of the management team, the director will participate in strategic planning, identify growth opportunities, oversee future projects, and manage recruitment and retention efforts. Minimum five years in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred. Valid Driver’s License required. Knowledge of Minnesota Statutes Chapters 245G, 260E, 245A, 626.557, and 626.5572, and regulatory requirements including CARF accreditation.
