We're on the hunt for a Technical Recruiter to join a fast-moving retail organization that's shaking up its tech game-and doing it quickly. LaSalle Network is proud to be leading the charge on this 3-month contract role, helping our client build out their digital infrastructure with some of the best minds in tech.

You'll play matchmaker between top talent and high-growth teams, working side-by-side with hiring managers and fellow recruiters to scale their tech function from the ground up. If you love the thrill of sourcing in-demand candidates and can juggle multiple recs without breaking a sweat, this one's for you.

Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Own the full recruiting cycle for roles like Cloud Engineers, Security Architects, and DevOps pros

• Strategize with hiring managers to fill high-priority roles quickly and efficiently

• Build and manage pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday

• Deliver an awesome candidate experience from first call to offer

• Collaborate across TA and HR teams to align on hiring goals and processes

Technical Recruiter Requirements:

• 3+ years of tech recruiting experience (agency or in-house-you know the drill)

• Solid background hiring across engineering, IT, and infrastructure

• Sharp sourcing instincts and a working knowledge of ATS tools (Workday is a win)

• Able to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Clear communicator, team player, and all-around people person
