QUALIFICATIONS:
Enterprise-scale technical experience with network security, cloud security, hybrid infrastructures secure, architecture designs, and technology management.
Proficiency in disaster recovery (DR) and cyber recovery (CR) planning and technologies.
The technical aptitude and experience to learn new cloud security technologies and understand relevant cloud security market trends.
Knowledge of data protection platforms.
Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Candidate must live in TN, KS, NE or IA.

What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Networking and Automation technical solutions to our customers and internal organizations. The CSA acts as a key resource for engaging with strategic customer relationships while also collaborating with our customer's teams and internal teams to reach successful outcomes for our client's business objectives. The role will also collaborate with marketing and other teams to drive market data for the relevant technologies with the goal of understanding industry trends and the overall impact to WWT and our customer's business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Be a self-driven and motivated team player to help other team members and our customers overcome challenges to drive secure outcomes that transform security teams with modern approaches to risk and compliance.
Develop and maintain the enterprise’s data protection architecture, including backup, disaster recovery, and encryption frameworks.
Design and implement secure data lifecycle management processes, from data creation to deletion.
Provide solutions for data governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfers and mentorship to peers as required.
Simplify messaging and assist in vendor enablement for field sales teams.
Create functional multi-vendor architectures and solutions.
Engage in thought leadership activities: event speaking, blog posts, podcasts, conference attendance.
Help create proposals and presentations aligned with account teams and vendors.
Learn, Understand and Evangelize WWT’s differentiators.
Familiarize WWT account teams with Data Protection solutions and provide practice messaging updates regularly.
Participate in the design & buildout of labs in our ATC.
Define POC and Customer Engagement guidelines.
Knowledge of Information Security Standards (NIST, PCI, HIPPA, etc).
Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and organizational policies.
Evaluate and recommend data protection tools and technologies, such as DLP, DRM, CASB, and secure file-sharing systems.
