Position Information
  • Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work)

Job Description and Skill Set:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Define requirements, manage work backlogs, set work priorities.
  • Oversee IT development stages (planning, designing, testing, approval, implementation) for SUCCESS platform modules.
  • Collaborate with business area SME teams and DDI vendor.
    • Required Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years in IT development and CI/CD processes.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst and Tester.
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC and project management.
  • Experience with DevOps, AWS, and JIRA.
    • Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Knowledge of MDHS systems (SNAP, TANF, Child Support, Child Care).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, leading SCRUM meetings.
  • Effective communication with program managers and executives.
