Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly candidate to join our 1st shift team. The Assembly person will be responsible for assembling computer components and systems according to established procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assembling computer components and peripherals according to work instructions and diagrams.
  • Installing hardware, such as motherboards, processors, memory modules, hard drives, and graphics cards.
  • Connecting cables and wires to ensure proper functionality.
  • Inspecting assembled products for defects and ensuring they meet quality specifications.
  • Using hand tools and small power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other assembly team members and supervisors.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in assembly or a related manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions is helpful.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly diagrams and work instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal, with precision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain high attendance standards.
